Job Description
Role Summary
We are hiring a Regional Manager based in Hyderabad with 712 years of experience in the Pharma Engineering / Machinery / Cleanroom / Automation industry. The role focuses on sales growth, key account management, and technical solution selling in South India.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve regional targets in AP, Telangana and Some part of South
- Develop new business in Pharma & Healthcare sectors
- Manage key customer accounts and build long-term relationships
- Conduct technical presentations and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Background
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of pharma machinery, cleanroom systems, packaging or process equipment
- Good understanding of URS, BOQ, and technical drawings
Experience
- 7 to 12 years in Pharma Engineering / Pharma Machinery sales
- Strong exposure to North India pharmaceutical market

- Excellent communication & negotiation
- Technical selling ability
- Self-driven, target-focused, willing to travel
