Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional primary & secondary sales goal
  • Appoint and manage stockists, distributors & retailers
  • Ensure product availability and market coverage
  • Develop new markets and expand customer base
  • Lead, train and monitor field team performance
  • Conduct field work, joint calls and market visits
  • Track competitor activity and implement sales strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure timely reporting, collections and inventory management


Candidate Profile

  • 515 years pharma sales experience (Trade Generics preferred)
  • 24 years experience in team handling (AM/RM level)
  • Strong exposure in stockist/distributor handling
  • Proven sales target achievement
  • Good leadership and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel extensively


Qualification

  • Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) Added advantage
