Job Requirements

1. Exp-5-15 Years experience into Government Sales from Lighting division from any electrical equipment manufacturer
2. Designation ASM/ RSM
3. Location- Mumbai

Mandatory Requirement

1. Must have from Lighting division & experience of Government/ Project Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales & Growth of professional lighting business in defined working area with assigned team members.
• Achieve the sales target through effective sales planning and strategies.
• Development and growth with efficient sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area.
• Develop and manage efficient channel network for sales growth.
• Monitoring team performance and analyzing data, periodically forecasting and timely reporting.
• Assigned task and support the team on day-to-day operations.
• Leads new business meetings and follow-ups for opportunities and closures.
• Good experience in Institutional sales, project sales, tender submissions, and B2G Sales.
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
