What you will do
- Lead a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth and profitability while advancing market development initiatives.
- Promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and comprehensive building life cycle analysis using digital offerings and plant automation solutions.
- Formulate strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals, enabling the team to consistently exceed annual sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
