We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our clients Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Bengaluru.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for business growth, team performance, and managing channel relationships across the region.

Designation: Regional Sales Manager Home Loan & LAP

Location: Bengaluru (Only candidates currently working in Bengaluru will be considered)

Industry: Housing Finance / Mortgage / BFSI

Who Should Apply:

Currently working in Home Loan / Housing Finance industry

Currently based in Bengaluru

Minimum 6 years of experience, including 3+ years of team handling

Strong experience with builder & broker channel, DSA network, and HL/LAP disbursement

Key Responsibilities:

Drive HL & LAP sales across the Bengaluru region

Build and lead a high-performing sales team

Develop builder/broker/DSA network for lead generation

Coordinate with lending partners (Banks, NBFCs, HFCs)

Ensure end-to-end loan disbursement and compliance
