We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships in the South India region for our automation solutions portfolio.

Location: South India

Experience: Relevant experience in Automation / Industrial Solutions Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the South region for automation solutions

Drive sales growth and order bookings for automation products, solutions, and services

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives

Identify new business opportunities across manufacturing, process industries, OEMs, and system integrators

Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPCs, OEMs, and channel partners

Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and technical-commercial discussions

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, application, service, and supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence

Track competitor activities and market trends in the South region

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while ensuring profitability

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
