Job Description
Ideal candidate will have BE/ MCA/ MBA degree with 15+ years of B2B sales & marketing experience in technology products. Primary responsibility will be to sell and market barcode, RFID/ IoT systems and software solutions to large & SMB enterprises. Must have a proven track record of generating revenues in key vertical markets (Manufacturing, Logistics & Retail, Healthcare, BFSI). Excellent communication (presentation) & project management skills required.
- Lead regional sales & support team (profit center) in Pune/ West region
- Excellent knowledge of industry practices, standards & technologies
- Develop key vertical markets, and generate new business
- Educate customer accounts on new products, and technologies
- Provide consultative solutions for large & complex projects
- Engage with CXOs for value proposition & business case presentations
- Prepare business proposal & presentations based on customer requirements
- Manage project initiation, implementation and execution for key accounts
- Offer product extensions, and service support to existing customers
- Align sales & support teams so as to deliver to customer needs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction level at all times
- Collaborate with OEM & SI partners for maximum reach
