Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Managers located in Delhi, Mumbai & Hyderabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving regional sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, leading a team of sales representatives, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and product teams. The role also involves supervising account management processes and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and growth in assigned territories.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales of ENT, Head & Neck Surgery devices.
- Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Familiarity with sales CRM software and data visualization tools is a plus
- Ability to travel for sales meetings and client visits as required
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the technology or medical equipment industry is an advantage
