At Feedsco Global, we are building a trusted, hyper-local snacking platform for Bharat. Our mission is simple - deliver affordable, high-quality snacks tailored to local tastes across Tier II & III markets, in strong partnership with MSMEs, distributors, and retailers.

As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive growth across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh.

The RSM will be responsible for:

- Driving sales growth & revenue expansion

- Expanding and strengthening the distribution network

- Leading General Trade (GT) & B2B sales

- Managing distributors and ensuring strong retail activation

- Executing hyperlocal market strategies across Tier II, III & IV cities

- Delivering profitable growth aligned with our long-term vision

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management with 10+ years of experience in FMCG / Food industry sales

- Strong exposure to Tier II & III wholesale markets

- Proven track record in distributor expansion & P&L management

- Strong leadership skills and willingness to travel
