Regional Sales Manager Direct Business - New Car Finance-Sales
Job Role-
Oversee the retail business across our bank branches, ensuring the delivery of the best services to all the branches in assigned area.
Work to grow the branch business in line with expected target
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to maximise team productivity
Experience in managing larger teams is essential. The candidate should also be skilled in building strong relationship with all stakeholders in the allocated branch area.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in Auto Loan/ Personal Loan/ Business Loan
- Having financial knowledge
- PDD Monitoring
- Portfolio review
- Area budget has to be achieved
- More focus on strategic part and the execution on the same.
