Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in New Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies for branded generic pharmaceuticals. The role involves overseeing a diverse sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities in the assigned region. Additional responsibilities include tracking market trends, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Science/Pharmacy; MBA preferred.
- 810 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 45 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of the branded generic pharmaceutical market in Delhi/NCR.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
