Role Description
Only forThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Head Bhopal (B2B School Sales) based in Bhopal. The Cluster Head will drive B2B sales by developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand the company's solutions in schools. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with schools, identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role involves working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless onboarding experience for partner schools.
Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills in the education sector
- Experience in team leadership, sales strategy, and achieving targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market research and identifying potential business opportunities
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as VR, AR, and AI is an advantage
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach
- Prior experience in B2B sales within the education domain is a strong plus
