A leading MNC Life Insurance Company is looking for a City Head Mumbai to lead the Agency Sales business and build a strong market presence.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys creating businesses from scratch rather than relying on company-generated leads.

Role Highlights

Build and lead the Mumbai Agency Sales vertical

Recruit and manage an on-roll sales team

Drive Ultra HNI / HNI client acquisition

Develop strong local networks and referral channels

Mentor and grow a young, high-energy team

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI Sales
• Strong exposure to the Mumbai market
• Proven team handling & agency model experience
• Strong relationship-building with HNI customers

CTC: Up to 16 LPA + Incentives
