Job Description
Regional Sales Managers to establish orders and growth targets for Panametrics business within the assigned region.
Establish Annual plan targets (AP) for countries, Sales Managers to address the viability of the customer, territory and/or industry segment and achieve overall orders and CM growth targets
Develop, discuss and assess changes needed for Go To Market GTM strategy and align with stockholders from BU management and DS CP team approvals.
Lead the sales team to develop unique business plans for each territory and/or industry segment, including key customers, product campaigns, and aftermarket solution strategies leveraging the resources available (key account managers, technical sales managers, aftermarket sales team, inside sales and channel partners) .
Define country-specific strategies for the Panametrics business, including recommendations of future NPI investments and key marketing needs within region to grow market share
Grow installed base penetration and support of customers thru strategic commercial and life cycle management solutions.
Lead relationship development with the channel partners, key accounts and customers through early commercial engagement and overall business development.
Provide regular updates of operating plan status, Quick Market Intelligent, key commercial opportunities and other key metrics utilizing business tools including Deal Machine, Tableau, etc.
Provide Sales Manager skills assessment and feedback via Performance Development to drive productivity and effectiveness of the team
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in technical sales leadership roles
Eligibility Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, as required
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, as required
