Job Description
The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for establishing the West India market across key cities and Tier 2 cities focusing on B2B office furniture solutions, including but not limited to Workstations and desks, Ergonomic seating, Reception and collaborative loose furniture
1. Build the West Region Business
- Deliver revenue from West India and scale up business and revenue consistently.
- Establish a strong enterprise sales pipeline across corporate office projects.
- Win high-value workspace fit-out furniture contracts.
2. Open Strategic Doors
Develop relationships across the commercial workspace ecosystem, including:
- Architects & interior designers
- Project management consultants (PMCs)
- Commercial real estate advisors
- Large enterprise procurement teams
- Developers and workspace operators
3. Build the Sales Engine
- Recruit and lead a high-performance regional sales team.
- Create scalable sales processes, pipeline discipline, and forecasting.
- Establish regional distribution and partner networks.
4. Win Enterprise Accounts
Drive strategic deals with:
- Large corporates
- Technology companies
- Managed workspace operators
- Developers building commercial office assets
Job Requirements
- 1218 years in B2B enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of building regional businesses or verticals.
- Experience selling project-based products into corporate office fit-outs.
- Candidates from B2B office furniture sales will be given preference
