Job Description

SparkVR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its school-focused B2B operations in Central Madhya Pradesh. We are looking for an experiencedRegional Sales Head who can build teams, close institutional deals, and lead market expansion across the region.


What Youll Do

Lead and execute B2B sales strategy forschools and government education departments

Build, train, and manage Area Sales Managers and field sales teams

Driveend-to-end deal closures with school principals, management, and district officials

Conduct product demos, workshops, and pilot programs in schools

Work closely with founders on regional growth and revenue targets

Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance reporting

Expand SparkVRs footprint across Central MP districts


What Were Looking For

6+ years of experience inB2B / Institutional Sales

Strong exposure toschool education or government sales

Proven team-building and leadership capability

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts
