THE OPPORTUNITY


We are looking for a high-impact sales leader who will own and grow Valiance's revenue from enterprise AI products and solutions. You will work at the intersection of deeptech AI, hyperscaler ecosystems, and enterprise/public sector sales building a strong pipeline, closing transformative deals, and establishing Valiance as the partner of choice for mission-critical AI.


This is a role for someone who combines the commercial hunger of a top-line salesperson with the intellectual curiosity of an AI practitioner. You will represent Valiance at the highest levels with customers, hyperscaler partners, and industry platforms.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


Pipeline & Revenue Growth

  • Build and own a robust sales pipeline for Valiance's AI products and solutions across enterprise and public sector accounts.
  • Drive opportunities from first conversation to contract closure managing the full sales lifecycle including demos, POVs, commercial negotiations, and contracting.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that generate both short-term wins and long-term relationships.


Hyperscaler & Channel Partnerships

  • Develop and grow joint go-to-market motions with hyperscalers (Google Cloud and others) to co-sell and co-create AI solutions.
  • Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners and SIs to extend Valiance's market reach.
  • Co-create events, joint solution launches, and demand-generation programs with hyperscaler partner teams.


RFPs, Proposals & Sales Collateral

  • Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring high-quality, tailored submissions.
  • Develop compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, and solution narratives that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to craft winning proposals.


Team Leadership

  • Mentor and lead a team of inside sales and lead-generation professionals, setting targets and driving execution.
  • Build a culture of accountability, data-driven selling, and continuous learning within the sales function.


Brand & Market Presence

  • Represent Valiance at industry conferences, CXO forums, and partner events articulating our value proposition with authority.
  • Build and nurture a strong personal brand in the enterprise AI ecosystem to open doors and build trust.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


Experience & Background

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in AI, data, or deeptech with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven success in growing revenue through hyperscaler partnerships (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and/or channel ecosystems.
  • Experience selling into commercial enterprises and/or public sector/government verticals.


Skills & Mindset

  • Technically grounded: you understand AI, ML, agentic AI, and how these technologies drive business outcomes you can hold your own in a conversation with both a CTO and a CFO.
  • Opinionated on AI: you have a clear, informed point of view on how AI is reshaping industries and can communicate it compellingly.
  • Ownership mindset: you take end-to-end accountability for your pipeline and outcomes, operate with high independence, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • AI-native: you use AI tools actively in your daily work for research, content creation, CRM management, and productivity.
  • Collaborative: you work well across pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to get deals across the line.


Logistics

  • Open to frequent travel customer visits, partner events, and industry conferences are a core part of the role.
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent Valiance at senior levels.
