Own & Build the Hyderabad Market

As Hyderabad is our core headquarters market, we are seeking a senior leader who will own, build, and scale the region driving revenue, deepening executive relationships, and establishing strong ecosystem partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and aggressively expand NopalCybers presence across Hyderabad and Telangana, positioning the region as a flagship growth market.
  • Build and grow strategic partnerships within the Hyderabad technology ecosystem including system integrators, cloud partners, advisory firms, and industry networks.
  • Lead complex, medium-to-large cybersecurity services deals end-to-end from opportunity identification through closure and expansion.
  • Leverage strong executive networks within the CIO / CTO / CISO community to accelerate enterprise market penetration.
  • Engage enterprise customers to assess their cybersecurity landscape and position managed security and consulting solutions aligned to business risk.
  • Evangelize NopalCybers differentiated capabilities across MSS, MDR, Cloud Security, Offensive Security, and advisory services.
  • Lead high-impact executive engagements including board-level discussions, strategic workshops, and long-term security roadmap planning.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery leadership to define solution strategy, commercial structures, and scalable pricing models.
  • Build long-term executive relationships to drive renewals, cross-sell, and multi-year strategic engagements.
  • Develop and execute a structured regional channel strategy recruit, enable, and govern partners to accelerate revenue scale.
  • Own partner revenue targets with disciplined quarterly governance and performance tracking.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene.
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends, regulatory changes, and competitive positioning to shape regional demand generation strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree required
  • 12+ years of enterprise technology / cybersecurity solution sales experience
  • 5+ years in a regional leadership or senior enterprise role
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and growing a defined market
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and ecosystem alliances
  • Strong domain expertise across MDR, SIEM, Cloud Security, Network Security, DFIR, MSS, and Offensive Security
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments
  • Excellent executive communication, consultative selling, and strategic account management skills
