- Lead the charge in expanding and strengthening the companys presence across Karnataka / Tamil Nadu / Kerela, driving sustained revenue growth and market leadership.
- Lead complex, medium-to-large cybersecurity services deals end-to-end, from opportunity identification through closure and expansion.
- Leverage strong executive networks within the CIO / CTO / CISO community to accelerate market penetration and strategic account development.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand their cybersecurity ecosystem and position managed security and consulting services aligned to business risk.
- Articulate and evangelize the companys value proposition, differentiators, and strategic capabilities across MSS, MDR, Cloud Security, and Offensive Security offerings.
- Lead high-impact client engagements including executive presentations, solution workshops, and strategic roadmap discussions.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to define solution strategy, scope, pricing models, and commercial structures.
- Build and nurture long-term executive relationships, driving account growth, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Oversee regional channel ecosystem strategy recruit, enable, and manage partners to scale market reach and revenue contribution.
- Own partner revenue targets and ensure consistent quarterly performance through structured governance and engagement cadence.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy through effective CRM governance and data-driven reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive positioning to influence customer strategy and demand generation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree required
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology / cybersecurity solution sales
- 5+ years in a regional or sales leadership capacity
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding regional revenue targets
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as MDR, SIEM, Cloud Security, Network Security, DFIR, MSS, and Offensive Security
- Solid knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud environments
- Excellent executive communication, consultative selling, and strategic account management skills
