Regional Retail Trainer

Regional Retail Trainer- Pune & North India

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Retail Trainer to train and develop our retail workforce, enhancing their skills and aligning their performance with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sr. Training Manager to design and implement impactful training programs.
• Deliver engaging in-person and remote training sessions for retail teams.
• Conduct onboarding for new joiners with clear communication of company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Train teams on sales techniques, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Partner with store and cluster managers to align training with store-specific needs and sales goals.
• Keep training content, curriculum, and documentation up to date.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 26 years of experience in a similar role (Retail Trainer / Sales Trainer).
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, ABV, and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and training tools/software.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
