Improving the performance of frontline below 4 productivity. Measurement criteria being Productivity & Goal Sheet Avg. 

• Driving Quality Account sourcing by Acquisition Managers. 

• Driving lead campaigns for increasing business throughput 

• Training, guiding and supporting the AMs on Digital adoption, product and processes 

• Driving other initiatives advised by HO Channel performance management team
