Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Regional Operations - Audit position will be based in Mumbai.

What a typical day looks like:

Conduct periodic audits of ASPs to ensure compliance with quality, process, and documentation norms
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technical Support, Quality, and Logistics) for smooth service delivery
Maintain detailed reports and dashboards on ASP performance, audit PJP & findings and action plans
Identify areas of improvement within ASP operations and recommend process enhancements
Ability to observe and assess operations with an “owl’s eye” for accuracy and compliance.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required)

Proficient in data analysis, MS Excel, and reporting tools
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Willing to travel 10 to 15 days/Month
