REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER ASIA (APAC)

Our core manufacturing capabilities include:
- CNC machining (milling, turning, wire & sinker EDM)
- Injection molding (plastic, LSR & compression)
- Sheet metal fabrication and metal stamping
We also provide complementary manufacturing solutions such as vacuum casting (urethane casting), 3D printing (SLA, SLS & MJF), extrusion and die casting.

To support this expansion, we are recruiting a Regional Marketing Manager in Asia.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, the Regional Marketing Manager Asia will lead and coordinate all marketing and communication activities across Asian markets (APAC including China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, India and Oceania).
Your main mission is to:
- Deploy the global marketing strategy across Asia
- Strengthen brand visibility and industrial authority in regional markets
- Generate qualified B2B industrial leads
- Support local sales development and market penetration
In addition to strategic leadership, you will coordinate digital marketing, events, PR and marketing communication initiatives across Asian markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (non-exhaustive)
Marketing Strategy & Regional Leadership
- Deploy and execute the global marketing and communication strategy across Asian markets
- Supervise marketing activities across China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and other APAC markets
- Ensure alignment between global marketing objectives and local execution
- Act as the main interface between Group management, Asian teams and external partners
- Manage cross-cultural communication and regional market adaptation
Asia Marketing Coordination
Coordinate marketing activities across Asian markets.
- Directly supervise the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia, responsible for:
- SEO strategy and organic visibility
- website content management
- social media communication across Asian platforms
- Ensure alignment between SEO, website content and social media strategy and the overall marketing objectives.
- Define priorities, objectives and KPIs for digital marketing performance.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with external partners and regional stakeholders.
Digital Acquisition & Performance Management
Supervise digital marketing performance across global and regional search ecosystems across Asia.
- Coordinate and supervise SEA activities outsourced to external partners, including:
- Google Ads
- Bing Ads
- Baidu Ads (China)
- Naver Ads (Korea)
- Yahoo Japan Ads (Japan)
Responsibilities include:
- coordination with external SEA agencies
- monitoring campaign performance and ROI
- defining regional acquisition priorities
- ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy
- Supervise SEO strategy and website optimization performed internally by the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia, including search engines such as:
- Bing
- Baidu (China)
- Naver (Korea)
- Yahoo Japan
- Supervise the development of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives performed internally by the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia, to improve the companys visibility across AI-driven search and generative platforms, including:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini
- DeepSeek
- other emerging AI search and generative discovery platforms
- Monitor and optimize digital acquisition performance through:
- traffic generation
- lead generation
- conversion rates
- campaign ROI
Content Strategy & Localization
- Work closely with the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia to ensure SEO optimization and content performance across Asian markets
- Ensure adaptation of English industrial content produced in Europe for Asian markets
- Oversee translation and localization of content into Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian languages
- Maintain brand consistency and technical accuracy across all channels
Events, Trade Shows & Customer Marketing
Supervise and coordinate marketing events across Asia.
- Organization of trade shows in China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, India and other regional markets
- Coordination of technical customer events at client facilities
- Organization of Tech Days and partner events
- Integration of events into the lead generation strategy
- Analysis of event performance and return on investment
Public Relations & Media Visibility
Develop EC International Groups industrial visibility across Asian media ecosystems.
- Build relationships with industrial and economic media across Asia
- Manage press releases and regional media communication
- Coordinate interviews and visibility in digital press and TV channels
- Support communication around major milestones such as:
- Investments
- new facilities
- new machines
- exhibitions and trade shows
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage regional email marketing initiatives supporting marketing campaigns and events.
- Creation and management of newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Invitations to trade shows and technical events
- Monitoring campaign performance (open rates, click rates and engagement)
- Contribution to lead nurturing strategies
Marketing Materials & Sales Support
Support regional sales teams through marketing communication assets adapted to Asian markets.
- Creation and localization of brochures and marketing materials
- Development of sales presentations and marketing visuals
- Ensuring brand consistency across regional communication assets
Client References & Case Studies
Promote EC International Groups industrial achievements across Asian markets.
- Identification of relevant customer projects
- Development of case studies and success stories
- Collection of customer testimonials
These materials may be used in:
- marketing campaigns
- media relations
- social media communication
- commercial presentations
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Monitor industrial and marketing trends across Asian markets.
- Track competitor marketing initiatives
- Monitor industry communication strategies
- Identify new marketing opportunities and partnerships
- Provide insights to strengthen the companys regional positioning
PROFILE REQUIRED:
You are the right candidate if:
- You have solid experience as a Marketing Manager or Regional Marketing Manager
- You have experience working across Asian or international markets
- You are comfortable managing multi-country marketing strategies
- You combine strategic vision with operational execution capabilities
- You are data-driven and performance-oriented
Experience in industrial or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
