Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth maintenance and proper functioning of Simulation Labs

Conduct site inspections and oversee installation of products

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs

Manage customer relationships and provide timely technical support

Drive annual contract renewals and service revenue

Ensure high-quality service delivery across assigned locations
