Role Overview

The Regional Manager Franchise Expansion will spearhead school franchise development initiatives across the assigned region. The role involves identifying prospective franchise partners, conducting feasibility assessments, onboarding franchise partners, and ensuring successful launch and operational alignment of new campuses.

This position demands strong business acumen, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of K-12 institutional operations.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Development & Expansion

Drive regional franchise expansion targets.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential school promoters and investors.

Lead end-to-end franchise lifecycle (Prospecting LOI Agreement Launch Support).

Negotiate commercial terms and ensure closure of franchise agreements.

Market Research & Feasibility

Conduct demographic studies and competitor benchmarking.

Assess ROI, CapEx feasibility, and financial projections.

Prepare detailed expansion proposals and presentations.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure alignment with CBSE norms and internal operational SOPs.

Monitor adherence to academic and quality benchmarks.

Conduct periodic audits and review meetings.

Experience Required

510 years of experience in franchise development / school expansion /business development.

Experience in K-12, CBSE school networks preferred.

Exposure to multi-location project execution will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
