Job Description

Job responsibilities :

  1. Achieve category-wise Sales targets for his/her respective territory/region 
  2. Franchise Management- Manage the current store network in the region and identify opportunity for network expansion 
  3. Implement Store led BTL activities to drive footfalls
  4. Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions
  5. Retaining the existing or new customers and create a culture of ‘Customer First Approach’ across region/territory  
  6. Maintain and monitor store inventory and achieve annual stock-turn targets 
  7. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel
  8. Working on ERP system, Magento, Ameo, POS etc
  9. Solve customer complaints & grievances 
  10. Implements SOP’s, company policies and VM guidelines at stores 
  11. P&L, budgeting & maintain ideal stock norms at stores  
  12. Spearhead Train the Trainer program and ensure each store executive attends training modules 
  13. Coordinate with projects team during the fit-outs of new store and pre plan for Store launch- Soft/Marketing launch
  14. Stocking, inter-region stock movement & Dynamic inventory
  15. Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures

Requirement in a candidate :

  • Minimum 10 - 14 years of relevant experience in  front-end retail operations as Cluster Manager with an established Retail Jewellery Brand
  • Experience in handling customer queries & grievance handling
  • Communication- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language
  • Excellent computer knowledge and must possess excellent excel skills
  • Good knowledge of ‘Point of Sale’ system (POS)/ERP/SAP
  • Have knowledge of Business Acumen, Merchandising, Customer engagement, C-Sat & NPS evaluation process, BTL activities, Stock turn & Mark ups, Retail metrices & P & L
