Job Title: Regional Manager Healthcare Vertical (West)

About the Role

EIZO India is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Manager Healthcare Vertical (West) to drive business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships across the Western region.

This role is responsible for supporting the growth of EIZOs customer base through strong product knowledge, strategic lead generation, and effective management of the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare market, proven sales expertise in healthcare equipment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand EIZOs footprint in the healthcare segment.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, medical institutions, and healthcare providers.
  • Drive lead generation activities and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create actionable territory plans aligned with company objectives.
2. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, KOLs, and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and after-sales support.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (sales support, service, product management) to ensure timely execution of commitments.
  • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
3. Product Knowledge & Promotion
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of EIZOs healthcare product portfolio and solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with prospective clients.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and differentiators.
  • Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, conferences, and trade events related to healthcare.
4. Field Sales & Market Engagement
  • Actively engage in field sales activities including regular customer visits, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  • Develop strong relationships with influencers and decision-makers within hospitals and healthcare institutions.
  • Monitor regional developments and identify new market opportunities.
5. Sales Roadmap & Execution
  • Create and maintain a detailed regional sales roadmap outlining short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Align sales activities with business goals and emerging healthcare trends.
  • Monitor progress against defined milestones and adjust strategies to ensure target achievement.
6. Sales Performance & Reporting
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.


Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in healthcare equipment sales (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in the West region.
