The Position

Mamta is looking for a dynamic professional with experience in fundraising with Corporates and Foundations for the non-profit sector. The position will help drive collaborations and deliver target-based funding from sources that do not conflict with the values and mission of Mamta and are compliant with existing laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies for the Mumbai region to support Mamta's programmatic priorities.
• Identify and engage with CSR heads and heads of Foundations.
• Present Mamta's portfolio, understand the donor's needs, and align with our programs.
• Communicate with program team members to articulate the donor's briefing to develop the proposal.
• Participate in the events and donor engagement activities.
• Set fundraising goals and ensure they are achieved on time.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Marketing/ Fundraising experience with a master's in social science or related fields.
• 35 years of proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, or CSR partnerships
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written, and networking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Passion for social impact and commitment to Mamta's mission.
