| Job Description | üManage end-to-end litigation and legal recoveries on a PAN India level. üTo assist in documentation, drafting, and vetting of legal documents. üTo assist in all legal matters with a focus on legal recovery and collections. üManaging retail legal business including legal deviation across assigned location. üManaging Legal and Recovery legal team. üReporting to Head Transactional Legal. | ||
| Key roles and responsibilities | ü In charge of filing civil/criminal complaints against customers, dealers, agencies, etc. with due consultation with head of department. ü Attendance of regular court hearings in various courts ü Liaison with advocates, other consultants. ü Vetting all original legal documents and signing legal documents confirming in order. ü Manage sending DPD, LRN and section 138 notices. ü Drafting and filing criminal complaints/ FIRs. ü Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, NDA’s and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights ü Drafting various legal documents/letters/replies including drafting of replies with respect to various court actions ü Maintenance of tracker showing updated case status for each and every legal case for the company. ü Credila, a subsidiary of HDFC Ltd., is India’s first dedicated education loan company, providing customized education financing solutions for students pursuing higher studies in India and abroad.
