Avinashi Ads is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) with strong client-handling skills and extensive field-visit experience. This role involves meeting clients regularly, understanding their advertising needs, and ensuring successful execution of outdoor advertising campaigns.

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients; ensure high client satisfaction.
• Conduct field visits for client meetings, pitching billboard locations, and site inspections.
• Understand client briefs and recommend suitable outdoor media solutions.
• Coordinate with operations, design, and sales teams for campaign execution.
• Handle client escalations, provide timely updates, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintain CRM updates.
• Achieve revenue, upselling, and client retention targets.

• 34 years of experience in KAM/Client Servicing from a marketing or advertising agency .
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada .
• Must be comfortable with frequent field visits (daily travel required) .
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of media/OOH advertising preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
