Job Description
Looking at candidates for the role of Regional IR Manager with the following experience based at our Regional Office in Pune:
- Strong exposure in union wage settlements as well as handling court litigation matters
- Good knowledge & experience in handling disciplinary enquiry proceedings, statutory compliance / audits
- Should have experience in contract labour vendor management
The role will be responsible for handling the entire gamut of IR activities for West Region and will report to the Regional HR Head - West.
