Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Built diverse talent pipelines through job portals, consultants, referrals, and field hiring drives to ensure consistent availability of quality talent for frontline and managerial roles.

Requirements:
1. Exposure of working in a similar role in Consumer Durable / Manufacturing Industries is preferable.
2. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management
3. Expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning
4. Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
5. Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills
6. Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
7. Ability to manage multi-location teams and field workforce
