Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive people strategies for the entire Region, aligning with McDonald's overall business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Champion a culture of high employee engagement, fostering open communication and building pride and energy within the team.
- Manage the recruitment process to ensure our restaurants are staffed with top talent aligned with McDonald's values.
- Drive the effective implementation of all HR processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver HR specific training programs at various life stages within the restaurants, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, identifying and nurturing future leaders at restaurant and management levels.
- Implement strategies to improve employee retention and create a positive and energizing work environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Field Business Leadership, providing strategic HR counsel and guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Analyze HR data and metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
