Designation: Regional HR Partner

Position description:

To enable business partnering so as to maintain branch discipline, smooth onboarding of new joiner, requisite performance , data management and organizational culture set by close coordination with business stack holders

Qualification : Graduate/ PG

Salary Range : As per Industry Norms

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Ensuring the manpower is onboard as per AOP plan and push recruiter wherever required in order to smooth operations at branch/ office level.

·         Coordinate with the recruitment team, line mangers and candidates to ensure closure of open position in the region

·         Ensure the close connect with line managers/ Business for the understanding of employee issues at ground level

·         Ensure timely redressal of the employee grievance.

·         Drive & own PIP process for the assigned territory.

·         Drive the activity of warnings/ show cause notices issuance wherever required and keep trackers handy.

·         Take charge of the involuntary separations in terms of the employee discussions, coordination with Business and proper closure.

·         Ensure the activities being conducted by HR support are accurate and are closed timely. Be it onboarding, documentation or data flow to internal teams.

·         Update attendance of the respective region

·         Submission of statutory compliances of the region in coordination with the payroll team

·         In coordination with Payroll team, drive F&F closures and graveness of exit cases, if any.

·         Monitor, access and address HR related queries to the employees of the region

·         Co-ordination of training with the employees as directed by Training Team.

·         Conduct Employee Connects - 7 day/30 day

·         Visit local branches on monthly basis & Outstation branches once every 3/6 months for better employee connect.

·         Updated and prepared with various activity trackers & MISs and share time to time with concerned team members

·         Manage employee relation issues including grievances pertaining to branch issues & conflicts.

·         Efficiently maintain employee relations and encourage employees of the region to participate in the employee engagement activities

·         Develop a healthy work culture for the employees of the organization.

·         Identify and nominate self for one development program during the year.

·         Take ownership of the employee and their performance related activities for the assigned territory.

 

Required Competencies:

Grievance Handling, Employee Welfare, HR Policies, Disciplinary proceedings, HR Functions, Employee Development, Problem Solving, Strategy Implementation, Communication Skills

Language - English, Regional Language (Tamil preferred)  and Hindi desirable

Computer literate – Word / Excel / E-mail / Web based system
