What you’ll achieve

        As a Regional HR Business Partner, you’ll be experienced and dynamic and support our business units by aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

You will:

  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues while driving HR initiatives that improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand and support strategic and operational goals through effective HR solutions.

  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.

Essential Requirements

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for improving employee experience and productivity.

  • Drive and support initiatives related to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition.

  • Act as a change agent by promoting and supporting organizational development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.

  • Facilitate employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and action planning.

  • Support managers in handling sensitive or complex HR issues, ensuring consistency and fairness.

Desirable Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR preferred. 7+ years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR tools/systems.

  • Exposure to HR analytics and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)

  • Experience working in a matrixed or global environment.

  • Certification in HR is a plus
