II. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE |
· The Regional Head – Corporate Salary is responsible for monitoring, strategizing, and driving execution across the bank’s corporate salary business at a regional level. · This role focuses on enhancing corporate tie-ups, increasing employee salary account penetration, ensuring customer retention, and optimizing cross-sell opportunities. · As the regional authority overseeing corporate salary accounts, this role ensures structured engagement with corporates, HR teams, and payroll service providers, while ensuring seamless execution of payroll processing, account servicing, and employee banking solutions. · Ensure growth is driven through regional execution, structured process adherence, and strategic collaborations. · Responsible for increasing customer engagement by cross - selling other banking products like Investment Products like Life Insurance, General Insurance and other non-Investment Products like Forex, Remittances etc. to new and existing customers. · Assists branches on product and process related queries in coordination with the central product teams considering their expertise. · Ujjivan SFB provides banking services to the unbanked and underbanked population in India. It offers savings, loans, insurance, and digital banking tailored for low-income segments. The bank promotes financial inclusion through a wide network of branches.
