Role Overview
The Regional Director Private Wealth & Family Office will lead the growth of Swai Capitals HNI platform in Delhi NCR. This role requires an experienced professional who can transition existing AUM, raise capital, and build a scalable wealth franchise.
Key Responsibilities
Transition and grow existing HNI relationships under Swai Capital
Build recurring annuity revenue through MF-led portfolios
Mobilise capital into structured private debt and high yield opportunities
Establish relationships with Single & Multi-Family Offices
Drive asset allocation frameworks and portfolio governance
Build and mentor a Relationship Manager team
Own regional P&L and AUM growth targets
Candidate Profile
820 years in Private Banking / Wealth Management / Family Office Advisory
Existing HNI relationships (75150 Cr+ visibility preferred)
Access to Family Office capital
Strong understanding of asset allocation, fixed income, and yield strategies
NISM Series V-A certification will be an added advantage
Proven ability to build and scale AUM
Performance Mandate
Transition AUM within first month
Build towards 300500 Cr regional AUM
Establish recurring trail income foundation
Create sustainable capital mobilisation pipeline
