Job Description
JD For Regional Credit Manager – South Region
- Should have experience in Team Handling of Credit Manager / Area Credit Manager
- Handling secured HL / LAP or working capital business.
- Proposing, decision making and recommending loan requests in accordance with bank standards, which involve assessment and evaluation of credit worthiness of clients
- Performing due diligence and risk analysis, based on certain triggers, during assessment of an application and reporting of fraudulent applications identified
- Evaluate and process end to end Loan applications within agreed TAT timelines.
- Planning key parameters for region basis on KRAs of team and individuals; ensuring meeting of KRAs by team for TAT / productivity / delinquency / PDD / audit compliance / customer TAT / approval rates
- Developing new products, policies and processes basis requirement of local market needs and changes in existing policies and products as per market intelligence of the Region
- Monitoring approvals of high value proposals from retail & corporate clients for all products and monitoring early defaults
- Ensuring non-delinquency and formulation of debt collection mechanisms for timely receipt of money & recovery of bad debts
- Analyzing frequent delinquency to build a healthy portfolio and assisting internal audit for the portfolio
- Managing internal and external customer relationship and timely resolution of customer related issue with in defined timeline
