Key Deliverables

-          Leadership and Team Management:

-          Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for network deployment, operations, and maintenance.

-          Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and develop the team to ensure optimal performance and employee engagement.

-          Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the circle team.

-          Network Deployment:

-          Oversee the efficient deployment and acquisition of sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

-          Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate site acquisition, site planning, and infrastructure deployment activities.

-          Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to ensure on-time project delivery.

-          Network Operations and Maintenance:

-          Develop and implement strategies for proactive network operations and maintenance, ensuring high network availability and performance.

-          Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess network performance and drive continuous improvement.

-          Establish effective processes and procedures for network fault management, troubleshooting, and resolution.

-          Network Quality Management:

-          Define and enforce network quality standards and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service level agreements.

-          Monitor network performance indicators, analyze trends, and take necessary actions to improve network quality.

-          Collaborate with relevant teams to address network issues, implement corrective measures, and drive network performance enhancements.

-          Stakeholder Management:

-          Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, vendors, and internal teams.

-          Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

-          Engage with customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and drive customer-centric network initiatives.

-          Budgeting and Resource Management:

-          Develop and manage the circle's operational budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet operational requirements.

-          Monitor expenses, identify cost optimization opportunities, and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
