Job Description

ZingHR is seeking dynamic and result-driven Regional Business Heads to lead and scale business operations across assigned regions. This role carries complete ownership of regional revenue, enterprise sales, market expansion, and strategic relationships in the HR Tech / SaaS ecosystem.

The incumbent will act as the business leader for the region, driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end business performance for the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute regional business and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead enterprise and strategic sales initiatives for ZingHRs HR Tech solutions.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, and senior leadership.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
  • Manage and mentor regional sales, inside sales, and account management teams.
  • Ensure strong pipeline generation, forecasting, and revenue achievement.
  • Track regional performance metrics and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, delivery, and customer success teams.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term account growth.
  • Represent ZingHR at industry forums, conferences, and key client meetings.
  • Engage with functional heads (HR, Finance, Legal, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Operations) for CRM, HR Tech, Financial Tools, Legal-Compliance, Training, and Staffing/Recruitment solutions, and primarily engage with CTOs/IT leaders for Cloud and Infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting standards are followed.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership experience in B2B SaaS / HR Tech / Enterprise Technology.
  • Proven ability to manage regional business operations and large accounts.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and CXO engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capability.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • High ownership, integrity, and customer orientation.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1820 years of total experience in B2B Sales / SaaS / HR Tech / Enterprise Solutions.
  • Minimum 7+ years in regional leadership or senior management roles.
  • Proven track record of driving enterprise revenue and regional growth.
  • Strong exposure to the Indian enterprise market.
