Role Overview
ETP is seeking a dynamicRegional Account Manager/ Key Account Manager to lead customer growth and retention across a defined region. The ideal candidate will be an expert infarming key enterprise accounts, drivingcross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and maintainingstrong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
You will serve as the single point of contact for ongoing success and expansion of strategic accounts, helping customers maximize value from ETPs SaaS-based retail solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as theprimary relationship ownerfor key enterprise customers in the region.
- Build and nurtureexecutive-level engagementwith customers, driving strategic alignment and business growth.
- Identify and executecross-sell and up-sellopportunities to increase account revenue.
- Work closely withMarketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teamsto ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.
- Achieve revenue growth targets from the existing customer base.
- Ensuretimely collectionsand manage customer contract renewals.
- Provide market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support product innovation.
- Lead or build theCustomer Success/Account Managementteam in the region as required.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum12 years of enterprise software sales experience, with strong account farming focus.
- Proven ability to develop and maintainC-level relationshipsacross enterprise customers.
- Experience in managinglarge, strategic accountsand delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Strong understanding ofretail technology, e-commerce, or omnichannel solutionspreferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about helping customers succeed.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
