Refinery Feedstock Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of optimal crude and non-crude feedstock strategies for our refinery.

• Evaluate various crude and non-crude feedstock options to optimize refinery performance.
• Select crudes with the highest Crude-Added Value (CAV) potential.
• Continuously monitor and adjust the crude basket in response to changing market and operational conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select crude and non-crude feedstocks based on their technical, commercial, and logistical merits.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize refinery feedstock mixes.
• Analyze market trends and operational data to inform feedstock selection decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of feedstock strategies into refinery operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in refinery operations, feedstock management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing feedstock strategies that drive business value.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
