As a Reference Data Specialist in the Digital Documentation Services Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects related to Securities Services client end-to-end account documentation management. This includes client onboarding, account maintenance, account closure, and other product-related services. You will also be responsible for ensuring the organization meets regulatory compliance standards and providing operational support to supply audit/compliance/regulator/stakeholder’s with query handling, documentation, and analysis as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end account documentation for Securities Services clients, including client onboarding, account maintenance, and account closure.
- Support the maintenance of a centralized repository, including scanning and indexing of client documentation.
- Provide timely information to stakeholders on pending requests and possible impacts to other processes.
- Ensure documentation conforms to business legal guidelines, policies, and standards, including risk mitigation through adherence to the control framework.
- Identify and escalate issues promptly that may impact service.
- Maintain control of the environment in respect of JPMorgan & Chase Co. policies and local regulatory rules.
- Provide operational support for audit, compliance, regulator, and stakeholder queries, including documentation and analysis.
- Work closely with managers to provide feedback for process improvement.
- Provide administration support, tracking, and reporting as required.
- Perform due diligence processes and control-related activities, ensuring client deliverables are met with timeliness and accuracy.
- Regularly review procedures to ensure new processes are documented, prepare MIS/Scorecard as required, and monitor MIS data to resolve issues expediently, maintaining a client-focused and result-oriented approach.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills'
- Hold a University/Bachelor’s degree.
- Have 2+ years experience with client documentation management or strong financial systems integration experience with client systems.
- Be detail-oriented and methodical, with strong analytical skills.
- Exhibit good time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and partnership abilities.
- Possess strong and effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Show self-motivation, initiation, and a strong customer focus.
- Have superior analytical skills with proven experience in diagnosing problems.
- Be able to work independently and willing to work night shifts.
- Possess strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.).
- Understand the financial services industry, products, and processes, with attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
