Job Description
Role: Senior Systems Administrator - Redhat Enterprise Linux
Role Description: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Redhat systems (Linux, Satellite and Ansible) in a large multi-platform environment.
Experience:5-12 years
Location: Chennai
Preferred Skills:
Redhat Linux- RHEL 7.x, 8.x
Redhat Satellite - 6.x
RedHat Ansible - Ansible Tower 3.x
Scripting - Bash and Python
Security: Familiarity with security policies, best practices and hardening.
Authentication: SSSD and NIS
Required Skills:
● Comprehensive knowledge of RHEL system administration, including installation, configuration, and management of Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.
● Deep understanding of Red Hat Satellite Administration, including the configuration and management of patch management, software repositories, and provisioning.
● Strong technical skills in Ansible Administration, including deployment, automation of tasks, writing playbooks, and managing inventories.
● Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
● Strong knowledge of security compliance,and implementing best practices to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities.
