Red Hat OpenShift Administrator (Experinced Only) - Dubai (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Red Hat OpenShift Administrator to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Red Hat system administration and OpenShift platform management , with a focus on operational reliability and hands-on system administration.

• Please apply only if you have at least 6 years of hands-on Red Hat OpenShift system administration experience (MANDATORY)
• Red Hat OpenShift Administration Certification is most preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain OpenShift clusters and supporting Unix/Linux infrastructure

• Perform routine operations, health checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with business users to understand platform needs and deliver solutions

• Ensure system availability, performance tuning, and updates

• Stay open to learning and adopting new technologies and tools

Requirements:

• 68 years of IT experience with a substantial Red Hat administration background

• Mandatory hands-on experience in OpenShift administration (min. 5 years preferred)

• Red Hat OpenShift Administration certification (preferred)

• Proficient in Unix/Linux environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
