Job Description

    1. Strong domain experience in Talent acquisition/talent recruitment processes, systems and policies.
    2. Aptitude and ability to identify risks and gaps in process that can cause frauds, financial leaks and transactional impacts.
    3. Experienced in Automation and system controls of recruitment processes and workflows
    4. Risk management, prevention, mitigation and monitoring in recruitment domain.
    5. Team management and leadership skills
    6. Stakeholder management and critical decision making skills
    7. Anyone with specific SuccessFactor experience is definitely preferred.
