Working Model: Work from Office | Monday Saturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month (revised after 3 months) + performance incentives

Recruiting Genie LLP is looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Trainees who want to start their career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment while working closely with experienced recruiters. You will gain hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client hiring processes across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other online platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

Connect with candidates via calls or messages to assess interest and availability

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring updates

Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and next steps

Support job postings and basic recruitment marketing activities

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Eligibility & Requirements

Fresh graduates from any discipline

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic comfort with using the internet, job portals, and social media platforms

Willingness to learn recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
