Role Overview:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 35 years of experience in mid-to-senior level leadership hiring, specifically supporting the Europe and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in research-driven sourcing and end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for leadership roles.
• Headhunt and engage passive candidates across Europe and UK markets.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for Non-IT roles.

Candidate Profile:

• 35 years of recruitment experience, preferably in executive search or talent research firms.
• Experience in global hiring for Europe/UK markets.
• Strong Non-IT recruitment and sourcing expertise.
• Good understanding of research tools and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working Model:

Hybrid | 5 days a week (MonFri) | 9:15 hours per day
