About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition / Recruiter Intern. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and an excellent opportunity to build a strong career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and campus drives

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Stay updated with hiring trends and innovative sourcing strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations

Preferred Candidate Profile

02 years of experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment (staffing experience preferred)

MBA Freshers / Any Graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply

BE/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, or technically qualified candidates interested in recruitment can apply

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Passion for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
