We have an urgent vacancy for Highly Qualified HR/Recruitment Professionals for our Coimbatore office.
Designation: Specialist, Recruitment & HR. ( India & UAE )
Location : Coimbatore
He/She will be responsible for the HR/Recruitment demands from our Indian & UAE office.
Sourcing Candidates thru different channels, out of the box / unconventional methods are always welcome.
He/She should be capable of screening the candidates based on the Skill Set / Experience / Credibility & Stability of the candidate, which the vacancy position demands.
Scheduling/Conducting Personal F2F Interviews and shortlisting for the final interview with the Director.
He/She will be responsible for the Joining & Exit Formalities / Documentation.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates, ensure this is under control while Implementing strategies to keep a check on retention.
He/She should be responsible for keeping up morale of the staff.
He/She should be the point of contact for all employee inputs/feedback/grievances.
Document every aspect of the HR/Recruitment activity for future refernce and development.
He/She will be responsbile for the General Administrative functions.
He/She will be responsible for the General HR Operations.
He/She will be responsible for Implementing a healthy work culture/environment.
He/She should be capable of micromanaging.
He/She should be capable of multitasking.
He/She shoud be result oriented within the set deadlines
He/She should have an eye for detail.
He/She will directly report to the Director.
